subject matter expert for passive implementation of MACs (move, add, and
change’s) for cabling and infrastructure pathways for structured cabling low
voltage CAT6 and fiber optic cabling systems. Projects located at the United
States Pentagon and other government facilities throughout the National
Capital Region (NCR). Designs include copper and fiber optic cabling
connectivity between Telecommunication Rooms, column boxes, and Work Area
Outlets (WAOs) and upgrades of telecommunication rooms. Analyze building
floor plan diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to
plan, coordinate, and carryout the installation activities outlined in
site-specific installation plans. Design consist of defining cable requirements
in the Cable Installation Plans (CIPs), update project statements of work

Army and Air Force military bases. Performed requirements analysis, proposal
development, field site surveys and data gathering, reviewed engineering
drawings for deficiencies, resolved technical issues, interfaced with project
managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Engineering designs
included; creation of detailed bill of materials (BOM), Technical Engineering
Design Plans (EDPs), Technical Engineering Installation Plans (EIPs), work
package drawings, Subcontractor Scope of Work (SOW), review of subcontractor
and supplier quotes. Validated government proposed designs, checking for
labor, material, and industry standard deficiencies. Projects included

Engineer which lead the data center passive layer-1 (physical design) for the
Camp Arifjan (MCF) Main Communications Facility in Kuwait for the U.S. Army
under the IMOD RFP. The MCF purpose is to serve as the information
systems hub for Southwest Asia (SWA). o Supported
the technical proposal development. The RFP for this effort was over
$50M. My involvement in the RFP was the technical solution which
included the physical design solution, work operations, bill of materials,
and working with local subcontractor for installation and schedule
requirements. o Physical
design included; Hot/Cold Aisle containment, equipment cabinet layout,
over-head and underfloor pathway systems, grounding and bonding systems,
material selection of equipment, layout of rack elevation drawings, CAT6 and
OM4 multimode fiber optic structured cabling systems. o After
award, participated in development of the Technical Engineering Installation
Plans (EIPs) and detailed work package drawings for installation
efforts. Provided QA/QC review of subcontractor efforts. OSP
Engineer for the Camp Humphreys Korea, Youngsan Relocation Project (YRP2A)
for IMOD Contract; o Supported
the technical proposal development of a firm fixed, low price technical
acceptable (LPTA) contract. This YRP Program relocated the assets and
capabilities of the United Nations Command and US Forces Korea from US Army
Garrison Yongsan, the Seoul Metropolitan Area, and US 2nd Infantry Division
areas north of Seoul, to Camp Humphreys. Humphreys is expected to grow from
9,000 to 29,000 soldiers, civilians and family members. o Project
involved multiple award options; outside plant fiber optics and copper cable
plant to 640 end user buildings (EUBs), dual homed / dual entry connections,
and perimeter fiber optic cabling for video camera systems, and cabling for
traffic control systems. o Engineer
responsible to develop detailed bill of material to support the outside plant
fiber optics and copper cable plant requirements. After award,
supported engineering activity for change orders, developed copper and fiber
cabling cut sheets, splicing diagrams, and finalized bill of material
requirements. Field
